Refrigerated Medication Policy
- To ensure the safety and efficacy of your medication we recommend picking up medications that require refrigeration, particularly on warm days.
- If you are unable to pick up your medication, we will endeavour to express post your products with ice at your own risk. It is then your responsibility to ensure that you retrieve your parcel immediately. Please provide our friendly staff with your email so that you may track your order.
